What Are Our Cleaning Rates ?

We charge a price per square foot rate. This helps us accurately staff each job, anticipate supply costs, and schedule appropriate time to complete depending on space size.

Our Maintenance Clean rates range $0.10-$0.20 per sq. ft.

Our Deep Clean & Move-in/Move-Out rates range $0.20-$0.45 per sq. ft.

*Higher range quotes/jobs apply for spaces with large amounts of clutter and dirtiness 

*Discounts provided for weekly or bi-weekly frequency of services

- Pet Fee $75 per pet

What Does a Regular Maintenance Clean Include ?

Do’s:

‣ Kitchen (clean sink out, counter tops, cabinet faces upper and lower, exterior of all appliances, interior of microwave)

‣ Empty trash

‣ All exterior surfaces in all rooms

‣ Floors are mopped and vacuumed

‣ Bathroom (complete commode clean, shower, handles, tub, drain, cabinet faces)

‣ Bedroom (shelving, nightstands, bed frames, tidy up bed)

 All window sills

  All ceiling fans 

Don’t(s):

‣ All Extras are not included (must be selected for an additional cost)

‣ The extra time included in deep cleans allows for more detailed work in the above mentioned Do’s

‣ Cleaning electronics/screens (only dry dusted), valuables, moving furniture, or relocating excessive clutter to access surfaces are not included

What Does a Deep Clean Include ?

Do’s:

‣ Everything included in a regular clean +

‣ Baseboards

‣ Light switches & Door handles

‣ Detailed Dusting

‣ Back Splashes and Faucet Fixtures are polished

‣ Light organization of all rooms

‣ Extra hour included for high detail areas

What Does the Move-out/Move-in Clean Include ?

For a Move-out or Move-in Clean, you can expect an all inclusive service. This is our most detailed package and includes 4 of the 7 extra services we offer which you can add to any level of service. 

These extras include: inside oven, inside fridge, inside cabinets, and inside all windows. 

This clean is intended to turn the property someone once lived in, into its original state and ready for new tenants. This service is performed after all furniture and personal belongings have been removed from the space.

Which Service Should a First Time Client Book ?

A Deep Clean is recommended for all first time cleaning by The Made Clean Co. It allows extra time to get all the areas that have been missed during regular cleanings in the past. 

After the initial deep clean, most customers switch to a standard 2 hour clean.

Am I Charging for Cancelling?

The policy for appointment cancellation, re-scheduling, and lock-out/no-show fees, and turn-away fees, is as follows:

a. If Client provides more than 48-hour business day (Monday-Friday) notice of cancellation and re-scheduling prior to the scheduled cleaning appointment, there is no fee.

b. If Client provides 24 to 48-hour business day (Monday-Friday) notice of cancellation and re-scheduling prior to the scheduled cleaning appointment – a 25% service reservation equivalent fee will be charged.

c. If Client provides less than a 24-hour business day (Monday-Friday) notice of cancellation and re-scheduling prior to the scheduled cleaning appointment, a 75% service reservation equivalent fee will be charged.

d. If Client’s premises is not accessible to our Cleaning Technicians at the time of the scheduled cleaning appointment, we will charge a non-refundable reservation fee equivalent to 100% of the appointment fee. To avoid this fee, we advise Clients to place a key in a lock box and provide us with the code, or make other entry arrangements. A 100% same-day cancellation fee also applies to: any scopes of work not matching the approved quote, same-day cancellations without rescheduling, spaces containing biohazardous items not previously disclosed, active construction sites requiring PPE, or any unknown issues preventing our Team from conducting services.

e. If you have an illness and you are contagious, please call us to reschedule a cleaning appointment within 48 hours.

f. If one spouse cancels service and the other spouse and/or kids let our Cleaners in to clean, this implies to our Cleaners that it is OK for us to be present and payment will be expected.

g. The Made Clean Co. reserves the right to change prices, based on cost inflation, competitive conditions, and other factors.

What Are Your Hours of Operation ?

Our hours of operation are by appointment:
Monday – Saturday: 9am-6pm
Saturday – Sunday: By request

We do work on Saturday's and Sunday's, which are reserved for our STR/Airbnb Turnover Clients.

Our closed holidays are: Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Upon request, The Made Clean Co. is available for work on Holidays. If Client requests services on a holiday and Cleaning Technician is available, the fee to perform services will be double the usual one-time service fee.

Is There a Rescheduling Fee ?

We do not charge for rescheduling within 48 hours prior to your original booking date. Please see our Cancellation & Refund FAQ and/or Terms & Conditions for further information.

How Do I Update My Billing/Payment Info ?

Head to our Client Login page and under settings select Billing. In that section you can update billing, address of clean, and your current subscription.

Do You Clean Exterior Areas ?

Aside from covered patios attached to home, we do not clean exterior areas nor do we clean hazardous materials or heights requiring greater than a step stool. Our insurance only covers our cleaners inside your property. For example, window cleaning services refers to interior windows accessible from ground level. We are not able to remove screens or provide exterior cleaning of windows or frames. It does include interior glass window pane and interior frame.

What Day is My Service Scheduled ?

Head to our Client Login page to view your schedule, invoices, and payments. Please remember to reschedule within 48 hours of cleaning to prevent any possible Cancellation Fees.

Will I Have the Same Cleaner Every Time ?

Not typically. We rotate our Cleaners for quality control and scheduling purposes. This allows us each to be familiar with your space. Please understand that our Cleaners have personal lives and can get sick, or request leave. If that occurs we’ll ask to either reschedule, or send a different Cleaner.

Do I Have to Be Present for the Service ?

You do not! We prefer the tenant/owner not be present due to safety issues. However if it’s your first time signing up for The Made Clean Co. cleaning, initial introductions always help develop the personable relationship with your Cleaner.

Are Your Cleaners Background Checked ?

Yes! Our Cleaners are Federally and statewide background checked.

Is The Made Clean Co. Licensed, Bonded, and Insured ?

We are! We’re currently insured for up to $2M in general liability damage thru Next First Insurance. Licensed in the State of Florida. And bonded thru The Western Surety Company. Certificates of Insurance (COI) are available upon request.

Do You Use Toxic Cleaners ?

In some instances “Harsh” chemicals are strictly used on tough to clean areas. For example, a glass shower door with calcium buildup will require CLR to clean. For an all-green service, visit our Services page.

May I Leave a Key ?

Yes! It is actually preferred after the initial visit. This way we’re not holding you up if there’s traffic or if parking is a little harder than usual to find.

Do I Have to Clean Before You Clean ?

Kind of. The Made Clean Co. will charge Client by the hour if Cleaners cannot complete service due to personal effects cluttering the space. A few items may be present and moved. However, if mass cluttering or disorganization within the space exists preventing Cleaner to perform, a service by the hour to stow away items will be charged. All property utilities (i.e. water, electricity w/ lights, and AC) must be on and functioning for services to be completed. Unfortunately, we cannot service properties in disrepair/abandoned, active construction sites, or properties with excess clutter/trash, or with active bug infestations.

Is Tipping Allowed ?

Yes, it is. However, there is no suggested percentage. Whatever feels good to you. Any amount is appreciated by your Cleaner.

What Happens if Damage Occurs ?

This seldom occurs but accidents do happen. Please contact our office immediately to work with our insurance to get the object of value replaced. (941) 529-6525

Do You Clean if Clients Smoke Indoors ?

We do not! This is a strict policy as we’re adamant to provide an awesome experience for the Client, but equally providing the safest working conditions for our Cleaners. The Made Clean Co. will not handle or manage or clean any animal or human waste, biohazard, cigarette tar or fire damage, mold or pest infestations, or hazardous material of any kind in any location. In extreme cases, Client may need to call a separate company which specializes in removing the waste or restoration services.

What If I'm not Satisfied with My Cleaning ?

If you are not happy with the service for any reason, please call us within 24 hours of the service for further instructions. A Re-scheduled clean must be made within 2 business days of the original appointment.

Am I Charged Upon Booking ?

A 50% Deposit is required to Book. Yes, this is to ensure your day and time is reserved. This may seem inconvenient and unorthodox as a service company. But due to fraudulent billings in the past we’ve changed to this standard to ensure all cleanings are paid for before service.

Are Your Prices Negotiable ?

Yes, for commercial or rental service contracts. For residential, no; our rates are calculated by the information you provide on our Book Now page.
